You'll tell me all about yourself and where you're at - your symptoms, your goals, the foods you eat, what you love, what you crave... all of it. I'll give you a plan that includes foods to eat, foods to avoid, supplements to take, and advice on putting meals together and navigating roadblocks (like cravings!).
We'll meet again to see how you're doing with your plan and we'll take it a step further while reinforcing what we first went over. We'll address and work through any roadblocks that have come up.
